By using this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

By placing an order with Jimmy & Ross, you accept our full Terms and Conditions as well as all other relevant policies.

Jimmy & Ross reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time.

Stock availability and delivery lead times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Many of our furniture pieces are crafted from natural materials such as timber, which means each item is unique in grain, pattern, and character. Variations in finish, colour, and texture may occur. Display models are for guidance only.


Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Costs: All delivery costs are based on ground floor, accessible locations unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 7am to 9pm.

  • Delivery Estimates: Most deliveries occur within 7-14 days of order.

  • Delivery Address: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct. Charges may apply if delivery cannot be made due to incorrect details.

  • Freight Providers: Orders outside Sydney Metro are fulfilled by third-party freight providers. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times and are not responsible for courier delays.

  • Shipping Rate Estimates: Rates shown at checkout are estimates only and may be adjusted after review. We reserve the right to cancel any order if shipping charges are incorrectly calculated.


Free Shipping Promotions

Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping promotions via code or automatic application at checkout. These generally apply to orders over $499 and for Metro areas only (using the promo code available at time of order). Please refer to the specific terms of each promotion.


Deliveries

It is your responsibility to:

  • Ensure purchased items will fit through all access points (doors, stairs, lifts, etc.).

  • Advise us in advance of any balcony lifts or difficult access, as extra charges may apply.

  • Be present and available to allow access at the agreed delivery time.

  • Check all goods upon delivery, including package condition and contents, before signing for delivery.

  • Ensure your order is paid in full prior to arranging delivery (deliveries will not be made on unpaid orders).

Standard delivery does not include assembly or mattress removal; these services are available for an extra charge.

If access cannot be gained at the scheduled delivery time, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Any delivery damage must be reported within 48 hours.

In the event of unforeseen delivery delays (e.g., vehicle breakdown, severe weather), we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.


Warehouse Pick-Up

Customers may collect goods from our warehouse by appointment (subject to stock availability). Bring photo ID, proof of purchase, and suitable transport. Goods may be held until adequate identification is provided.


Returns & Change of Mind

For products collected and paid for at time of purchase (excluding upholstered/furniture, clearance, seconds, floor stock, repaired, or pre-noted defect items), you may return the product within 7 days if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

All change-of-mind returns are at our discretion. If accepted, a 20% restocking fee applies, deducted from any refund. A collection fee may also apply.


Returns: Size Issues

If your item doesn’t fit, you may exchange it for store credit within 7 days (less any delivery/collection costs). Item must be in original packaging, not assembled, and in saleable condition. We may refuse returns if goods are damaged or unsaleable.


Returns: Damaged Items

Goods come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement/refund for major failure or compensation for other loss/damage. Please check all items within 48 hours and report any issues immediately. We reserve the right to inspect all items before approving claims. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, or not following instructions is not covered.


Refunds & Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on most goods unless otherwise specified. No items may be returned without prior notification. No credit is given until goods are inspected and approved as faulty. Refunds are processed via bank transfer or to your original payment method.


Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices apply to Australia only. GST and delivery may be additional. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

For external freight, Jimmy & Ross reserves the right to adjust shipping costs in line with courier price changes.


Promotional Offers

We may withdraw, amend, or end promotional offers at any time. Discount codes are single use, online only, and cannot be combined with other offers or used on discounted items unless specified.
