  • All delivery costs are based on ground floor, easily accessible locations unless otherwise stated.

  • Deliveries are made during standard business hours: Monday to Saturday, 7am to 9pm.

  • Most orders are delivered within 7-14 days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Address & Access

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • Additional charges may apply if a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or inaccessible address information.

Freight Providers & Delivery Guarantees

  • For locations outside the Sydney Metro area, we use trusted external freight providers.

  • We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time for these orders, as this depends on our courier partners’ schedules and availability.

  • Jimmy & Ross is not responsible for delays once the order is with the courier.

Shipping Rates & Order Review

  • Final shipping charges may change after review by our fulfillment team.
